Whether he likes the result or not, the electorate just told the author that his opinion isn't worth the paper that an ever diminishing number of people read it from.

With the absolutely legitimate caveat that there is a lot of reflection required by my party over recent events, this piece is an embarrassment.
Rather than just admit that the guy you promoted constantly as 'The next First Minister' was not very good, hence the reason...

Opinion | The SNP's Holyrood election win is tainted by the Peter Murrell guilty plea.
Scots voted on May 7th without the crucial knowledge of the former SNP CEO's corruption.

Labour under Sarwar had their worst Holyrood result ever, replacing the previous record set by Sarwar, or in Sarwar terminology, Labour were 'absolutely pumped', we get this nonsense.

🔴 No comment on my questions re: substance of meeting or who exactly was involved – but in response to @PGourtsoyannis report of delayed declaration of the Global Counsel meeting with Douglas Alexander, a DBT spox tells me the error was made ‘by officials’:

Yesterday I made my first speech in the Scottish Parliament on the Government debate "Summer of Sport". Check out my full speech at the link 👇🏻

Thanks to Knightswood Community Centre for the invite to the official opening of the community garden.
Excellent work from staff and volunteers to deliver a welcoming space for the whole community.
The Scottish Parliament voted for Scotland to have the powers to hold an independence referendum.
Because Scotland’s future should be decided by the people of Scotland.
Some momentum building around Wednesday's big event. Really looking forward to Glasgow's Social Enterprises coming together.

@GlasgowSEN
Today I had the privilege of joining the Tamil community as they gathered in Glasgow City Centre for Mullivaikkal remembrance day.
The terrible events faced by the Tamil people in Sri Lanka is only outweighed by their determination to continue to pursue justice.
Teams have been out across Glasgow Anniesland all day campaigning for an @theSNP win. We do it all again tomorrow, taking nothing for granted.
