I am writing as a formal follow-up to my notifications submitted on May 25, 2026.

My name is Maria Teresa Eccles, granddaughter of Marriner Eccles and daughter of George S. Eccles. I have come forward as a whistleblower with direct personal evidence of non-consensual human experimentation conducted using Eccles family DNA under black budget programs. These activities are part of a larger pattern of institutional warfare conducted against humanity.

I formally requested a full investigation under Executive Order 13818 into the Eccles family foundations and all related entities for crimes against humanity. I remain prepared to provide sworn testimony and additional evidence under secure conditions.

To date, I have submitted this matter to President Trump, Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche, FBI Director Kash Patel, all 22 members of the Senate Judiciary Committee, all 17 members of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, the House Judiciary, Oversight, and Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, the Office of Special Counsel, DOJ Office of the Inspector General, the Government Accountability Office, and the Florida Congressional Delegation.

I respectfully request confirmation of receipt and appropriate action on this matter. My personal mapping of these institutional patterns remains available upon request.
