Your post presents a misleading account of what actually happened, so let’s clarify the facts with the full context.

Let’s put the facts on record.

You contacted our support team after accidentally placing two buy orders instead of Stop Loss orders on Tradovate. You explicitly told our agent that you had been trading without a Stop Loss for around 20 minutes.

Our agent’s response was crystal clear: “That won't be an issue, just make sure to close the trades with a stop loss within the permitted limits of your account.” This was a direct instruction to ensure the trades had Stop Losses within the permitted risk limits, NOT permission to trade without them.

You subsequently confirmed that you had added the Stop Losses. Now, following a Risk Interview, you’re claiming that your accounts were breached because two trades were allegedly opened without Stop Losses, while suggesting our agent told you that this was acceptable. That is simply not what the conversation says.

Our rules page also explicitly states that Stop Losses are mandatory on every trade, alongside the 2% maximum risk per trade idea. These rules are publicly available and very clearly displayed on our rules page.

The issue here is not whether you made an honest mistake while placing your orders. Mistakes happen. The issue is that you were explicitly reminded of the requirement, acknowledged the guidance, and are now presenting that conversation as evidence of the opposite.
