Let me ask you this then (Genuine question): Wouldn't "stand your ground" apply more so if the altercation occurred on or around your property( ex. at home, or around your vehicle)? If not, then why is there any focus on the extent to which Anthony was asked to leave the tent and whether Anthony abided, or could have abided by that request?

In this case, it is argued that Anthony was possibly intruding on an area held by members of an opposing team, and where said team was likely keeping personal belongings.

Also important to note: Had I actively traded these same positions, it would have most certainly come at a cost. A cost not only to the gains themselves, but short-term taxes would have required higher returns to achieve the same outcomes.

Since 2022, I'm up 139% on $QQQ, Up 86% on $SPY, up 254% on $TSLA, up 1,681% on $NVDA, and 58% in $AMZN. I don't day trade or even swing trade. I buy and hold good fundamental investments. I sell a little bit if I need some money, and I buy more shares whenever I can.

My comment is directed to the post above that claims the guy has one of the strongest legs we've ever seen based on a video where he's only punting it about 40-45 yards. It didn't claim he was an efficient and accurate punter; it only addressed leg strength.
