🚨 BREAKING NEWS: NEW DEVELOPMENT IN KIM SOO-HYUN CASE

Kim Soo-hyun's side "Kim Se-ui's accomplices referred to prosecution… Including the mother and attorney of the late Kim Sae-ron" [Official]

Kim Soo-hyun's agency has announced the results of the police investigation into the complaint and report filed against the bereaved family of the late Kim Sae-ron and individuals who impersonated the deceased's aunt, among others.

According to the statement reported by TV Daily on October 26, Gaseyeon CEO Kim Se-ui and other alleged accomplices have been referred to the prosecution on suspicion of offences including defamation through false information, violations relating to the distribution of illegally filmed material, and coercion.

Kim Soo-hyun’s side also stated that the late actress’s mother and an individual accused of impersonating her uncle were among those referred to the prosecution. However, the late actress’s father reportedly received a decision of no referral to prosecution.

The development marks another significant turn in the ongoing legal disputes surrounding Kim Soo-hyun.
