Thank you to the people of Louisiana for electing as District 3's Public Service Commissioner.
Tonight, the people took the power back.
I look forward to working to bring clean, affordable and reliable utilities to the people of Louisiana over the next six years.
With his election to the PSC, @davantelewis becomes the first out LGBTQ person elected to state government ever in Louisiana.
He is also the first out Black LGBTQ person elected to any office ever in La.

You came out and gave your time and voice to help make your community better and for that we want to say #ThankYou! #Voting is a powerful way to create change. We are grateful for you all! There will be more opportunities to get involved with us. Follow us for future events!
Tonight, we have begun a new chapter for Louisiana. Tonight, the people of Louisiana start taking our power back. Tonight, Louisiana has a Public Service Commissioner who’s unafraid to hold Entergy accountable, because I owe this victory to the people of Louisiana.
Just went with my mom to go vote. Feels surreal to vote for myself, but I know I’m really voting for the movement that’s formed around clean, affordable and reliable utilities.
Have you voted yet? Polls are open until 8pm!
We’re waving signs on Claiborne and Napoleon to make sure that everyone votes in these last hours.
If you or your friends and family haven’t voted yet, you have until 8pm! Let’s finish strong.
For months, our people-powered movement for clean, affordable, and reliable utilities has been working to bring much needed change to the Public Service Commission.
Now it's time to get out and vote. Polls are open from 7am-8pm. Find your location at https://t.co/Ek5ActxvZZ
Sure hope @Entergy minions either wore masks, or unplugged all those crime cameras and license plate scanners. If @NOLACityCouncil and @mayorcantrell don't stand up for clean elections, who's gonna stand up for you?
Entergy’s CEO recently sent an email to employees pushing them not to vote for me. He seems concerned Entergy's shareholders won't profit as much off of clean, affordable & reliable utilities.
Let's show him we want a Commissioner who's accountable to the people, not Entergy.
Election Day is TOMORROW! That's why we're having our final phone bank TONIGHT from 6-9pm to remind our supporters to vote in tomorrow's election.
Will you join us, @LeadLocally and @SunriseNOLA for the final phonebank?

Hey @Entergy guess what? Your hired slashers will be less effective than your hired actors. What's next? Hired voters? See you Saturday! #GeauxVote#Louisiana
Community leaders continue supporting me because they also believe it’s a human right for everyone to have access to fresh air, clean water, a warm house in the winter & a cool house in the summer, & utility bills that don’t push them into poverty.
Our moment for change is now.
Local community leaders are supporting my campaign for Public Service Commission because they know we can't afford the status quo.
If you, too, are ready for bold solutions & a brighter, more prosperous future for Louisiana, I ask for your vote.
Vote early until tomorrow!
Tired of lying regulators and administrators taking kickbacks and profiting off our pain? Let's end the #Securus scheme. And @LaDemos don't come looking for support in 2023 if you back corrupt officials in 2022.
@MorganLamandre@JusticesPromise@FWDus Absolutely, we agree. So glad you asked. @oppagenda has a pretty extensive guide. The first section is below, visit: https://t.co/dFX786kAwt to read the whole thing.
