@kyolxo I think the real problem here is that a Flash Flood hit at 4:00 am. The Warning that a Flash Flood was imminent went out at 1:00 am. That's the worst time of the night to try & inform & mobilize people, especially kids at remote campground. I hope you cried like this for GA & NC.
