that:
1. Zuckerberg has been given three days to explain Meta's repeated actions that the NDA says have undermined Indian democracy, including the removal of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's video.

2. Failure to respond will invite action: If Meta fails to provide a satisfactory explanation within three days, the NDA has demanded that the government revoke Meta's safe harbour protection and initiate legal proceedings against the company.

3. Uniform rules for all platforms: META platforms must comply with Indian laws relating to Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and content violating laws protecting women.

4. Three-day takedown timeline: Any content violating these laws must be taken down within three days. Failure to comply should result in the withdrawal of safe harbour protection for the concerned platform.

5. Telangana Police: The NDA has sought immediate clearance for the Telangana Police to proceed with its action in the matter.

6. FIR details: The NDA has also sought to know who filed the FIR against the social media platforms.
