@dphungofficial No official word. With the amount of VFX, mediocre reviews, and it not being a huge franchise it is a good bet that they are 2K upscales.

@paranoideo Hopefully if Universal decides to give this a proper 4K release on a disc they rescan the film. Other than a few spirts of blood I really don't remember much VFX to get in the way of a relatively easy remaster. Perhaps Mr. Wright could do the whole 'Trilogy' as a box set.
