Women Empowerment will not stop this Legal Beggary.
Note: Beggary is prohibited in India except beggary under BNSS 144 and similar feminist framed acts.

The Karnataka HC has ruled that a financially independent wife is not automatically entitled to maintenance, cautioning courts against awarding relief based on gender assumptions alone.
Setting aside an interim maintenance order, the Court held that when a wife earns more than her husband and can maintain herself, maintenance cannot be granted merely because she is a woman.

Because of these kanoons, the Hindu population has declined. We have not seen a single Muslim woman approach the court with this logic.

A woman filed for her 7th divorce and asked for alimony in Karnataka.
She had taken alimony from all 6 previous husbands and had filed a 498-A (domestic violence) case against all of them.
Even the judge was shocked 😳
If she was not willing to marry, why did she accept ₹1 crore?
She could have been upfront from the beginning and said:
"I don't want to marry. I already have a boyfriend, so I won't accept the money."
Being honest at the outset would have prevented misunderstandings, murder and financial loss.
Why is the male suicide rate so high in India?
The answer is not simple, but one factor often raised is that many men feel they have fewer places to seek support.
Men ask: Where do we go?
-Women have legal protections and dedicated laws in several areas.
-Women have the National Commission for Women.
-Women have a dedicated ministry for women's welfare.
-Women have institutional support systems and helplines.
-Women often receive stronger social support during crises.
-Many men feel they lack equivalent support, hesitate to seek help due to stigma, and suffer in silence.
If we genuinely want to reduce suicides, mental health and support systems should be strengthened for everyone, including men. A society that supports both women and men is a stronger society.
Congratulations. You've discovered that exceptions exist.
Now try explaining why matrimonial ads still obsess over "well-settled," "high package," "own house," and "NRI preferred." Apparently those were written by incels too.
Also, it's funny how a few personal anecdotes suddenly become "proof," but when men talk about their lived experiences, they're dismissed as whining.
Healthy relationships are built on mutual respect, emotional support, and shared responsibilities. Nobody disagrees with that. The irony is that anyone who points out double standards is instantly labeled an "incel" instead of having their argument addressed.
If your strongest rebuttal is name-calling, perhaps the partnership you should work on is the one with logical reasoning.
