I'm a retired boomer who put both my kids through college.

I've worked 7 days per week for most of my life.

In 2021 at the age of 25, my son bought his first starter house in an upscale gated community with his own money and credit.

No cash help or co-sign from mom and dad.

The house was 2 years old at the time but it wasn't designed to his own liking, so he gutted it and rebuilt the interior to his specifications.

He did the same thing with the exterior landscaping.

He only has one job as a finance manager, but he flips bank foreclosure homes as a side gig.

He still lives in the same house.

Pictured below was 49 year old Bruce Boehm who was a government agencies bond broker with Cantor Fitzgerald in the North Tower. He was very athletic and had run in many marathons and people would call him Chappy because they said he walked like Charlie Chaplin. That Tuesday morning was his 19th wedding anniversary and it was said that his wife fell in love with him on sight and told her friend that he was the man she was going to marry. He was survived by her and their two daughters and to forget even a single one of these people is a blasphemy!
