@WrestlingHumble This right here. You just gotta hear the people, the fans, not bringing annoying celebrities and delivering "viral moments" hoping to catch mainstream audiences who probably won't give a shit after the 3 count.
@slate_s42 Definitely. These two years of WWE after Cody vs Roman were only insufferable filler before getting to this magical, beautiful moment in wrestling history.
@JoeyMaybee@TripleH@WWE@luchalibreaaa Yeah it almost fucking ruined it for me when I saw Chaparro as the babyface and El Grande as the heel on RAW. Good thing I just stopped watching RAW and switched to AAA instead.
@TripleH@WWE@luchalibreaaa This was brilliant from start to end.
Why can't you book compelling stories with satisfying payoffs on the main roster? We don't want fucking Lil Bitchy or another samoan cousin, we want stuff like this.
@MichaelSFNR1 I really loved WM 40 main event, it was a magical moment and brought back my faith in WWE (which hasn't been going so well currently anyway) but you know what? Yeah, absolutely.
@davemeltzerWON So glad I got to witness this magic moment in wrestling history. Haven't been this happy and satisfied since WM 40 probably, and this felt even more organic so it couldn't have been better.
@davemeltzerWON No fancy sponsors, no YouTubers, no annoying rappers, no shock factor, no forced plot twists, no surprise samoans, no desperation for viewerships... just love for the business, spirit, passion and lots of lucha.
@WrestleTalk_TV Like it's a bad thing. I mean, Cody has been the last year (since losing to Cena at WM) proving that he's capable to do what he needs to do to remain on top. Didn't Cena, Austin, Rock and Hogan do such things back in the day too?
@we_all_are_same I think that's the problem with WWE booking of their maximum champs. Back in the day, champs used to have a target on their back and everyone was after them, now they just seem to be waiting in line and it's actually pretty boring.
@fraxination@chelseaL8ly It's like WWE is relying too heavily on the success that newcomers had in NXT for them to get an immediate reaction, but doing nothing to really get it when they arrive to the main roster. Because let's face it, most fans only watch the main show and don't give a shit about NXT.
@ChermanJags@chelseaL8ly It's even worse. Sometimes it's like there's nothing outside the main roster, just a giant void, and people from other promotions and even NXT who manage to escape it are some kind of interdimensional unknown beings, so people don't react because who tf are they.
@chelseaL8ly@fraxination Fatal Influence went after the main women on RAW. Ethan got into the IC title scene immediately. Sol did the same and is now feuding with Becky Lynch. Ricky... he just kinda arrived, and that's pretty much it.
