The GTA 6 leaks might feel unreal and unprecedented—but it isn't the first GTA game to leak

In fact, it's been happening since at least 2004...

The Mexico missions in Red Dead Redemption are basically one of the reasons I wanted to research history in the first place.

Finally, I get to share some of that research with you.

the reviews are in: this is easily one of the videos I’ve ever made

There are some locations in The Last of Us that look like they'd be a lot of fun to explore as a child...

So, I ranked them.

I've always loved how the saloon food looks in Red Dead Redemption 2...

So I made some.

I spent years working on this series, and months remaking it as one big video.

I had many long days, countless late nights, and got sick at least twice.

And it all felt worth it the moment it received its first view. Thank you for giving me that feeling one million more times.

Some time ago, I had a question: how historically accurate is Red Dead Redemption 2?

Four years later, I think I have my answer.

It's hard to believe that Uncharted 4 is now 10 years old...

To help me come to terms with that, I made a video about one of the game's best chapters

The final New Austin missions in Red Dead Redemption always feel like our big Avengers moment before heading to Mexico.

But the most interesting part for me, of course, is the history...

the real pixels are all the friends we made along the way

Train Dreams is a lot of things.

It's a film about the end of the frontier, and the approach of civilisation. It's a film about climate and nature, and how humanity has impacted it.

But, perhaps most importantly, it's a film about life.

I wrote a few more thoughts over yonder about the film, and all the others I watched in January (as I do every month)

My hot (lukewarm?) take is that Civil War is a top three MCU film

I re-watched a bunch last month and it's still one of my favourites

Captain America : Civil War

I love that there's no big bad alien/robot trying to destroy or take over the world or anything like that

It's really just a story about politics and family
