@Lowes basically told me they give zero $&@@s about replacing a defective product for loyal customer who purchased everything from light bulbs to zero turn lawn mowers. You were my first place to check, now you are blacklisted. Not another dime.

Lowe’s corporate customer service is 0 out of 10. Can’t get a call back, “chat” line is automated garbage, and email says “may take up to 48 hrs for reply” @Lowes you have poked the bear!

@Lowes I spend $5k in my local store in 6wks and they won’t replace a 200 lb vanity that was damaged in the box assured me it was ok even though the box was crushed. Now 70miles to get a new one? How about free delivery and pick up the old one?
