I NEED my feed full of builders.
What are you working on right now?
I don't care if it's a startup or a weekend side project. If you're building something, I want you on my timeline.
Reply and let's connect. π
AI is taking the fun out of the build and I think we need to say that out loud.
Building was never just about the output. It was about the people in the room, the late nights, the arguments, the breakthroughs you only reach *together*. That friction? That's where creativity lives.
Now we build alone and in silence. Have we traded collaboration for convenience? I'm not sure we got the better deal. π€
@DeFi_G_ Thank you so much for this! I truly appreciate you including me. It means a lot. What you wrote resonates as well...it becomes harder and harder to trust people and sometimes we need to give pause.
The most dangerous place to stay is comfortable.
Nothing gets built there. Nothing changes there.
The builders who break through aren't fearless...they just stopped letting fear cast the deciding vote.
Keep Building Builders! π
My Journey | Teachings 101: Don't Let AI Build Your POC & User Journey | Build With Your Audience (Part 3 of Validating an Idea)
Dropping another video in the product girl series.
This one is about not letting AI define your user journey.
Draw it out yourself. More of this series coming.
Follow along if you want to learn how to build products that people actually want. π«‘
@alexkaybuilds I'm glad you did it anyway as well. Sometimes it can be scary to put yourself out there (I know this personally), but usually you learn a thing or two and it becomes worth it π―
Playing it safe has a cost nobody talks about.
Every avoided risk is a version of yourself you'll never get to meet.
What you don't face controls you.
Good Night Builders! β¨
And as always Keep Buildingπ
Are you an outcome driven builder? For example, do you want to solve a problem, build a business, create value, and get results.
Or are you more interested in the craft itself? Writing code, design designing systems, debating architecture, and solving difficult problems.
My thoughts: I donβt think these perspectives are mutually exclusive. The outcome matters, but so does the journey for many builders.
Curious everyone's thoughts and which one you prefer...
Okay so some of my favorite trolls (you know EXACTLY who you are π€£) tried to pick apart a post that I polished with AI because I sometimes have a hard time expressing in my mind what I want to say.
So what are everyone's thoughts on this? Do you leverage AI to make sure your thoughts can be processed or grammar are accurate?
And to my trolls... I love you genuinely. You keep me sharp. β€οΈ
