@Jillybug2 Definitely not a trump bias here. No bias either way. I was asked legal questions. I wasn’t asked what I thought he “should” be sentenced to but what I thought he “would” be sentenced to. It appears he got 14 days jail.
@LifeCoachLiza @CNNnewsroom There is a federal polygraph protection act that limits private sector. The Act does not apply to employees of federal, state, or local government, nor to certain jobs that handle sensitive work relating to national defense.
@LifeCoachLiza @CNNnewsroom Govt is allowed to give staff lie detectors. Not saying the “should”, they didn’t ask for just my opinion but my legal opinion. I feel 1) the op ed writer shouldn’t be investigated as no crime committed and 2) govt can use lie doctors if it sees fit.
@LizNBntown I wasn’t asked an opinion about what he ״should״ get just my legal opinion on what I thought he “would” get. What I thought the judge would do. And he did only get 14 days.
@BartekZalech Not advocating for giving lie detectors. Just saying 1) the op ed writer doesn’t need to be investigated by doj as no crime and 2) govt could use lie detectors internally if the admin decides to.
