No. He now SAYS he knows that President Trump cannot pardon #LindsayClancy. On GMA it seemed pretty clear he didn’t know that when he specifically asked for a presidential pardon, not for “intervention.”

These are ridiculous semantic games. Even if this is true, she was still fired. If fox pulled her off the air and they won’t have her back, then she was fired. Just because she may be getting paid out on a contract through 2029, doesnt change that reality. Many TV news stars have been fired and then still paid out based on the terms of a contract.

The reports that @MariaBartiromo Bartiromo was “fired“ are not true. She remains under contract with Fox News and receiving her pay until 2029. She has been removed from air and won’t return. But she continues to remain with Fox at present under the pay or play provision of a contract, which is common in television.
