There should be no grades, much less any standardized testing in kindergarten. Making 5 yr olds sit most of the day, while cutting out recess, play time, nap time, and physical activity is child abuse.

Education is known for buzz words. The latest is “implementing with fidelity”. How do politicians or districts expect programs to be implemented with fidelity when they provide little or no resources, training, support, or never remove something first so T’s can focus on it.

Admin, trauma is not something experienced just by children. So, be kind, patient, and supportive of your staff because you never know what they may be going through.
