This is what weaponized lawfare looks like in Harrison County.
Not theory.
Not politics.
Real life.
Multiple criminal charges.
A civil suit.
No attorney in East Texas willing to take the case.
Every day buried in paperwork.
Every hour spent defending myself instead of working.
Every bill still due.
Every filing, every motion, every record request, every public lie, every hearing, every threat to my freedom becoming part of the same machine.
That is how they break people.
They do not have to beat you clean in court when they can drain your money, take your time, scare off lawyers, and make survival itself the punishment.
I have called attorneys.
I have sent my information.
I have begged for help.
And I still have not found one in East Texas willing to step into this fight.
That should bother people.
Because if the local system can pile enough pressure on a man that he cannot work, cannot find counsel, cannot breathe, and then treat his public defense as the problem, that is not justice.
That is control.
I watched the Biden DOJ do this to January 6 defendants.
Now I believe I am watching the local version in Harrison County.
Same playbook.
Different courthouse.
But I am not disappearing.
I am documenting everything.
I am publishing everything I can lawfully publish.
I am asking for witnesses.
I am asking for attorneys.
I am asking for support.
I am asking people to stop looking away.
The offices are theirs.
The paperwork is theirs.
The home-field advantage is theirs.
But the truth is mine.
Read this. Share it. Send it to a lawyer who is not afraid of a hard, righteous case in East Texas.

And I introduced articles of impeachment on US Attorney Matthew Graves who was the DOJ attorney prosecuting J6’ers to the point of Matthew Perna’s suicide and others.
The Trump admin has done nothing to hold Matthew Graves accountable to this day.

Harrison County needs to answer this.
On July 13, 2025, at my own house, another man grabbed a gun.
I called 911.
Harrison County responded.
Their own bodycam and report say the man did not point the firearm and did not communicate a threat.
Their own officer said, on bodycam:
“He never pulls it.”
“That’s not a threat.”
“We’re not doing charges.”
No arrest.
No charge.
That was the rule Harrison County applied that day.
Now look at what they did to me months later.
In the church case, the official Sheriff’s statement says I raised my shirt and placed my hand on the grip of a firearm.
No allegation in that statement that I drew it.
No allegation that I pointed it.
No allegation that I fired it.
No allegation that I made a verbal threat.
But they charged me anyway.
Deadly conduct.
A misdemeanor.
Then they tried to shut down my ability to speak about it online.
Same county.
Same basic rule.
Opposite outcome.
So here is the question every reporter, attorney, sheriff, judge, voter, and taxpayer in Harrison County should be asking:
What is the difference?
If a man grabbing a gun on July 13 was “not a threat” because he did not pull it, point it, or communicate a threat, then why was I charged when the official allegation against me says hand on grip, with no drawn gun, no pointed gun, and no spoken threat?
Do not take my word for it.
Read their own record.
Listen to the bodycam audio.
Read the official report.
Read the Sheriff’s statement.
Then ask why the church video, bodycam, dispatch, reports, and witness statements are still not fully public.
If they told the truth, release the video.
If I told the truth, release the video.
Either way, release it.
This is not complicated.
One rule.
One standard.
One county.
One question:
What is the difference?
Read it, watch it, and send it to every media outlet in Texas.

WATCH THIS VIDEO.
This is Harrison County saying the rule out loud.
July 13, 2025.
At my own house.
Another man grabbed a pistol.
I called 911.
Lieutenant Ron England briefed Captain Clayton on bodycam and said:
“He never pulls it.”
“That’s not a threat.”
“We’re not doing charges.”
No arrest.
No charge.
That was Harrison County’s standard when someone else grabbed a gun around me.
Now fast forward to the church case.
The official allegation against me was not that I drew a gun.
Not that I pointed a gun.
Not that I fired a gun.
Not that I made a verbal threat.
The official allegation was hand on grip.
And Harrison County charged me anyway.
Deadly conduct.
A misdemeanor.
Then they tried to tell me I couldn’t talk about it online.
So here is the question:
What changed?
Same county.
Same legal standard.
Opposite outcome.
When it happened to me, Harrison County said “that’s not a threat.”
When they wanted to charge me, suddenly the rule changed.
I am releasing the video because people need to hear it for themselves.
Not my opinion.
Not a rumor.
Not Facebook drama.
Their own officer.
Their own bodycam.
Their own words.
“He never pulls it.”
“That’s not a threat.”
“We’re not doing charges.”
Now release the church video.
Release the bodycam.
Release the dispatch.
Release the reports.
Release the witness statements.
Because the record does not lie.
Watch the video and ask Harrison County one question:

Southampton, England (June 2) — Police clash with protesters angry over their treatment of Henry Nowak. A crowd gathered outside the police station a day after the body camera footage was released.
I did what everyone always says to do.
I documented the harassment.
I gathered the receipts.
I made the call.
I reported it to the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office.
I told them I had names, dates, screenshots, videos, fake pages, repeated tagging, false claims, and a clear timeline.
I told them I would come in, sit down with an investigator, and hand everything over.
I told them I wanted it handled the right way.
Not online drama.
Not threats.
Not back-and-forth nonsense.
Law enforcement.
Equal justice under the law.
The deputy who took the call was decent with me. He said he would write up an incident report, attach the bodycam audio of our conversation, and send it to CID for follow-up.
He even said the words I have been saying the whole time:
“Fair is fair.”
I believed him.
Then I waited.
Three weeks.
No follow-up.
No update.
No investigator.
No contact.
Nothing.
So now I am asking publicly:
Where is the incident report?
Was it ever written?
Did CID ever open the file?
Was the bodycam audio attached like I was told?
Did anyone contact the people I reported?
Or does the law only move fast when someone is accusing me?
That is the question.
I am not asking Harrison County to manufacture a case.
I am asking them to apply the same standard both ways.
When people lie about me, threaten me, harass me, build fake pages, and keep coming after me online, I am allowed to report that too.
And I did.
The right way.
Through the front door.
Now I want answers.
