@Colonel_Pete @pete_rizzo_ Slight medication: When subject to the possibility of filibuster, 60 votes needed to invoke cloture (close debate), then proceed with the vote. Once voting begins it can then pass with a simple majority. You want to invoke cloture (bring closure to debate) and not “end” cloture.
