Our learners work with 'real' experts, who are not educators but who share their knowledge through workshops and provide mentorship throughout the creative process.

So far these collaborations have been with a fashion designer, a journalist from @guardian, a musician, and a social entrepreneur. It’s been a privilege to have parents, grandparents, and older siblings help the children with sewing, editing magazines, and joining activities.

Celebrating #WorldOceanDay with Art for Social Justice by Ryan, who created a sculpture of plastic with wire models of the nylon molecule. It is the shape of a jellyfish representing marine life. The fact that it is made of plastic symbolizes how plastic destroys marine life.
