BTW, I’d encourage anyone to build their own tools if they think it would help them. The two data sources I use are available to anyone. FMP and Massive, and the individual plans alone cost around $300 a month combined.
Then you have the cost of actually building and hosting the
@kunal00@RealSimpleAriel I came to post the same thing lol. When I saw the cost I was like da fuqqq 🤨 that’s a lot of data for 20$. Quick mental calc on the amount of time/money I’d spend just trying to build something remotely close and was like naaaa, take my money
There’s a weird stigma on FinTwit around selling anything. The immediate assumption is that if you’re charging for something, you must be “supplementing trading losses.”
What someone like Sean failed to realize is that I spend north of $40k on two commercial data contracts a yea
I asked what differentiates your paid version from the public one. You opened with “Dude,” explained everything except that, then attempted to attack my trading. I’m sorry, but I’m still not seeing the value just a tantrum.
If anyone wants the TC2000 layout, I can send it. All included stocks will appear under “Scans for Market Monitor.”
Services are typically sold by traders who need to supplement their trading… losses. That’s not personal bias; it’s an industry norm. Of course, we all know everyone on FinTwit is a winner.
Some people have privately messaged me asking about this page, and I’ve mostly kept it quiet and free for members in the Discord.
Think of it as a quick way to get a bird’s-eye view of what’s happening across the market:

Back-to-back ATMs from $AAOI in just a few months. Ouch
There must be some connection to $IREN management.
Good luck to the owners of these perpetual ATM machines. At this point, it’s pretty clear you enjoy getting punched directly in the balls if you’re still holding these nam
There is a subtle nuance between a downtrend and a name which is now a possible 4B (Stan Weinstein) setup. $IBIT

I remember when $ZIM paid a $17 special dividend in 2022. Safe to say that didn’t end well.
Personally, I’d rather see businesses take excess capital and push the envelope on innovation, R&D, and future growth than hand it back to shareholders in one big check.
Samsung Electronics is reportedly preparing shareholder-return measures exceeding $72B, centered on a special cash dividend. The board is expected to vote soon, favoring dividends over buybacks.
A big burst of selling showed up today flipping the 5 day ratio red. More to come or just a quick cleansing of sentiment? Selling dominated by semiconductors which was not my preference but that group has been chop for the better part of 2 months. $SMH $MXL $CRDO $AEHR $CRBS $SMT
If you're looking to be aggressive in this tape, look to short the bounces.
One of the most dangerous things you can do to your portfolio is get bearish and start shorting stocks that have already been down 3, 4, or 5 days in a row.
Let mean reversion do some of the work for you. Wait for oversold rallies into declining key moving averages, then use those areas to define your risk.
Don't chase weakness. Short into resistance.
8/17/2026 Daily Recap: A sleepy session Zzzz
- The market really felt like mid summer trading today.
- 9/11 S&P sectors closed in the red today with $XLK effectively flat and $XLE continuing to lead
- Bright spots with $TER $SNDK $LITE $ASML and others.
- But before I jump all over memory names remember where they have come from. I did book a piece of $STX today above $1000 and I wouldn't be surprised to see some backfilling
- $XOP $OIH $PSX $VLO $MPC accelerating nicely over the last 5 days.
- $MAGS continues to give us a slow bleed out. $META $MSFT $AMZN continue to come under pressure.
- $HACK $CIBR still leading groups but after the "panic buying" we say on Thursday in the $IGV I think it's likely we can continue to backfill a little more. Into the 20sma feels like the appropriate spot to look at some names.
- No real reason to jump for joy or panic, the market was a complete snooze today. But a quiet tape doesn’t mean opportunities aren’t developing. Keep those watchlists sharp and be ready for your next trade.
Semiconductors leading my list today. $SMTC $CBRS $TSEM $SIMO $MU
