•Distance (Yojana): One yojana is traditionally taken as about 9 miles (approx. 14.5 kilometers). Total distance =2,202 x 9 miles = 19,818 miles

•Time (Nimisha): One full nimisha is defined as 16/75of a second. Half a nimisha (nimishardha) is therefore 8/75 of a second, which equals 0.10667 seconds.

Calculated Value: ~185,794 miles per second.
Modern Science Value: ~186,282 miles per second.
