@DeannaKatee I'm a terrible grinder/clencher. I get custom nightguards. They have saved my teeth! (I've broken a couple night guards over the years, my teeth would have taken that grinding instead). I wear it religiously. SO worth the money!

@bogstandarddram Sad to hear this as I enjoy your thoughts. I felt the same awhile ago. I took a break. I came back with the plan to only open Twitter 1-2 times/week & I block accounts/mute words. It helped a lot. Maybe don't delete but step away a bit & then see? Just a thought.
