Pure bullshit! During the election campaign he made it clear day after day that only he could get a good deal with Trump & also made it clear that he believed Poilievre would just fold & give Trump everything he wanted. Carney said he’d get a deal with Trump that was good for Canada by 01 July 2025!

Here we are a year later & there’s no deal on tariffs, no deal on the Gordy Howe Bridge, no deals on anything & now CUSMA is 2 days from officially coming under review. No bilateral meeting between CDN & US negotiators leading up to the deadline to negotiate (Mexico has held 4 high level talks already) but hey the 3 countries are having a Zoom call on 01 July so I’m sure it will all work out while the CDN MSM pretend like 2025’s promises by Carney never happened!
