After being sucked into a religious "christian" cult at 16 that discouraged any kind education. & instead married me off at 17 when I was supposed to graduate.

I may be 34 yrs old. But I honestly feel 17 again!!

I’ve never lost connection to the part of me that is pure and innocent. When I was younger I was naive and easily taken advantage of. I’ve been used by people my whole life but you would never know that because I never allowed it to harden my heart or corrupt who I am.

It’s easy for the mind to make you believe that you’re insignificant but the sun, the stars, the planets, the heavens, the entire universe is aware of you at all times.

My therapist told me “Anger is the part of yourself that loves you the most. It knows when you are being mistreated, neglected, disrespected. It signals that you have to take a step out of a place that doesn't do you justice. It makes you aware that you need to leave a room, a job, a relationship, old patterns that don't work for you anymore. Learn to listen to your anger and make it your best friend. Then it'll leave." And that stuck with me forever.

You know whats possible because you have done this for yourself. You know what energies to call in.

They call you healer because you model how to heal yourself.

A lot of the ways you think and things you were taught to do aren’t authentic to who you are and never were. Realizing this can feel overwhelming and daunting at first. And then deeply freeing, once you learn how to release these old programs.
