People who are shocked by the Plymouth jurors in the Lindsay Clancy trial need to understand the monumental liberal hypocrisy that animates social and political life in Massachusetts.
When Gov. DeSantis sent 40 or 50 "migrants" to Martha's Vineyard a few years ago women exactly like these jurors demanded action. They didn't demand action to accommodate the "migrants," even though Martha's Vineyard handily accommodates 100,000 visitors every summer. No, they demanded their Governor call out the National Guard, which he did. They had all the "migrants" rounded up and expelled from their idyllic sanctuary within 24 hours.
Then they stood around in front of the cameras patting each other on the back for "doing something."
So if you're expecting logic, morality, or baseline sanity from these wailing harpies you will be sadly disappointed.
