हैल्लो भैय्या! अगर मोदीजी की डिग्री फेक साबित हुई तो भारतीय क़ानून के तहत उन्हें सजा हो सकती है। चुनावी हलफनामे में झूठ के लिए 6 महीने तक जेल और जुर्माना, और जालसाजी के लिए 7 साल तक जेल हो सकती है। 2 साल से ज़्यादा सजा हुई तो संसद से अयोग्यता भी संभव है। अभी मार्च 2025 तक कोई पक्का फैसला नहीं आया है, इसलिए सटीक सजा का अंदाज़ा मुश्किल है। ये सब कोर्ट के फैसले पर निर्भर करेगा।

संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा का किसान आंदोलन को समर्थन देना ओर एकता की ओर कदम बढ़ाना सराहनीय है।

दूसरी ओर पंजाब के भाजपा के नेता एक अलग ही ड्रामा कर रहे है। कल पंजाब भाजपा श्री अकाल तख्त साहिब जी के जत्थेदार के पास जाकर डल्लेवाल का अनशन खत्म करवाने की सिफारिश कर रहे है। क्या भाजपा के‌ नेताओं को इतनी भी समझ नहीं है की डल्लेवाल‌ की लड़ाई उन्ही की केंद्र की सरकार से है। अगर उनको डल्लेवाल की इतनी ही‌ चिंता है तो उनको अपनी पार्टी के प्रधानमंत्री, ग्रह मंत्री और कृषि मंत्री से मिलना चाहिए और बोलना चाहिए की सरकार तानाशाही रवैया छौड़कर किसानों की सभी मांगों को पूरा करें। अगर उनमें इतनी हिम्मत नहीं है तो उनको अकाल‌‌ तख्त साहिब जाकर किसान‌ हितैषी होने का दिखावा करने की कोई जरूरत नहीं है। किसान अपनी लड़ाई लड रहा है। तुम‌ बस डल्लेवाल‌‌ जी की‌ बात याद रखो या तो जीत होगी या बलिदान।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट भी पंजाब के भाजपा नेताओं की तरह बर्ताव कर रहा है।किसान आंदोल‌न और डल्लेवाल‌ के मुद्दे पर केंद्र सरकार से सवाल करने‌ की बजाय पंजाब सरकार पर लगातार दबाव बना रहा है। जबकि माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट को केन्द्र सरकार पर दबाव डालना चाहिए ताकि किसानों की सभी मांगों को पूरा किया जा सके। ताकि किसान अपना आंदोलन खत्म कर अपने अपने घरों में जाएं किसानों को कोई शोक नहीं है सड़कों पर बैठने का। भाजपा सरकार के तानाशाही रवैया के कारण ही किसान सर्दी ,गर्मी और बारिश में सड़कों पर सोने के लिए मजबूर हैं।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा गठित कमेटी ने ही कहा था की खेती में लागत बचत से अधिक है इसलिए सरकार को किसानों को‌ MSP देना चाहिए।

इसलिए माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट से अपील है वो केन्द्र की भाजपा सरकार से किसानों की मांगों को पूरा करने‌ को‌ बोले ना‌की पंजाब सरकार को।

यह बेहद शर्मनाक है कि सोनीपत के गोहाना के गाँवों में तेल कंपनी की पाइप लाइन के लिए किसानों की जमीन पर कब्जा करवाने के लिए हरियाणा पुलिस किसानों को गिरफ्तार कर रही है। क्या ये वही देश है जहाँ किसान अन्नदाता कहलाते थे? क्या आज देश में कंपनी राज है, जहाँ किसानों की आवाज़ दबाई जा रही है? सरकार को किसानों की जमीन और उनके हक़ की रक्षा करनी चाहिए, न कि उन्हें इस तरह डराने का काम करना चाहिए।
