@ishbills @saylor When he sold long-term convertible bonds at 0% and 8-year maturity, we went way up. Now, instead of borrowing at 0%, he’s borrowing at a perpetual 10%. I can borrow at 4.85%. Borrowing at 10% perpetual makes no sense.

I absolutely think in months and years. If $MSTR is going to stagnate for years and underperform Bitcoin for years, I’ll put my money in Bitcoin. I bought $MSTR because it was going to be levered Bitcoin. According to @saylor, I was supposed to get 2x of Bitcoin’s performance (good or bad). He implemented the 21/21 Plan and changed the play. I just hope he chooses a path that will not destroy current value for the hope of future riches in decades.
