Plagued with issues and poor support. The site is always down (eg we get assigned our boarding passes on cruise day), unable to check in for 6 days, told to call back after the lines closed. Couldn’t book excursions despite it saying tickets were available. :(
@SouthwestAir WN3656, now on our second plane grounded for mechanical reasons, more than a 5 hour delay, and told no customer service available at the airport.

folks beware https://t.co/ljvNj72UWB @Walmart I Was double charged for 5 different items after more than a month. Someone finally acknowledged the issue and promptly said it would take up until Oct 16th to fix... I bet they wouldnt let me wait that long in reverse
@DisneyParks Ridiculous customer service this weekend. Disney Fans beware, mobile order system is broken, huge lines in magic kingdom 30-40 minutes long for quick service. Way to avoid the lines :/
