@TK_HelpDesk Thank you for your offer but I’ve been this route before and the answer was a blatant lie. Every time I tried to get this issue acknowledged they come up with lies. They changed my ticket from M to H without a refund or at least a reason for it.

Beware of @TurkishAirlines! I paid CAD $2,100 for my eco PrimeFly ticket w seat selection. While trying to find the reason for the seat change I found out that they downgrade me to Economy Basic which was $600 less than what I paid and my seat selection gone. IMO this is theft.
