I had a delicious 3 bean soup this afternoon that's about 50 calories a cup.

It has cacao beans, coffee beans and soy beans in it. Best part is it gives you lots of energy! 10/10 would recommend!

Recipe:
1 cup coffee
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/3 cup unsweetened soy milk 😂
