📰 Recent News: Jaymier Perry Pleads Guilty in 2023 Pittsburgh School Shooting

Jaymier Perry, now 18, has pleaded guilty to first-degree murder in the May 24, 2023, shooting death of his 15-year-old classmate, Derrick Harris Jr., outside Oliver Citywide Academy, a special education school in Pittsburgh’s North Side.

According to reports, Perry (who was 15 at the time) brought his mother’s 9mm handgun to school, fired nearly a dozen rounds, and shot Harris multiple times. Surveillance video reportedly captured the incident, including Perry allegedly kicking and stomping on Harris afterward before fleeing.

Perry entered the plea on June 24, 2026, with an agreement for a sentence of 35 years to life. Sentencing is scheduled for July 29.

Authorities described deplorable conditions: flies, rotting food, filth, black rotting teeth, lice, and worse. She was far too small and frail for her age, and her little body couldn’t endure the strain. Her parents, Samantha and Matthew Dylewski, were held accountable — both sentenced for criminally negligent homicide.

A 30-year-old hospital orderly in Budapest has been arrested after police discovered a horrifying collection of human body parts in his apartment.
According to Hungary’s National Bureau of Investigation, the man obtained remains both from his workplace at the hospital and by digging up bodies from abandoned cemeteries in Hungary and Slovakia.

18-year-old Bradley Scott Sayer, a Chico resident, has been arrested and booked into Butte County Jail on two counts of murder following the tragic shooting at the Butte County Library in Chico, California.

🚨Tragic Case in St. Louis: Sausha Myers Charged in Child Malnutrition Death

Sausha Mia Myers, 29, of St. Louis, Missouri, has been charged with two counts of child abuse or neglect (Class B felony) after authorities say her 20-month-old daughter died from severe starvation, and her other young child was also found critically malnourished.

According to police reports:
• Myers called 911 on June 14 reporting her toddler was unresponsive and breathing slowly.
• Officers found the 20-month-old on the floor; she was pronounced dead at the hospital. She reportedly weighed only about 10 pounds (far below normal for her age) and showed signs of extreme malnutrition, including possible bedsores.
• The surviving child (around 3 years old) was hospitalized, weighing just 17 pounds, nonverbal, and exhibiting lanugo (fine hair growth due to lack of body fat).

Myers reportedly told investigators she was the sole caregiver, the children hadn’t seen a doctor in over a year, and the younger child was fed mainly yogurt and fruit/vegetable pouches totaling around 250 calories per day. She acknowledged they were not meeting developmental milestones.

She is being held without bond. Additional charges may be filed pending autopsy results.

🚨 Georgia high school teacher Maris Nichols, 25, former biology teacher & football staffer at Alexander High School in Douglasville, faces serious charges involving multiple students.

Arrested in May 2026 on sexual assault counts, she was re-arrested days later with additional charges: child molestation, grooming of minors, improper sexual contact by an educator, and evidence tampering — now linked to at least 6 teens.

Allegations include encounters in a school closet, a parked Hummer, a golf course lot, plus sending explicit videos/photos (including of herself with her husband) to underage students. One student reportedly was made to watch Fifty Shades of Grey.

Gavin Blakely Jones, 36, of Windermere, FL was arrested on April 17, 2026, by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office for exposure of sexual organs (1st-degree misdemeanor).

According to the police report, a woman in the rideshare parking lot at the McDonald’s on Walt Disney World property noticed Jones park behind her at an angle. He allegedly stepped out, pulled out his penis, and started masturbating while making eye contact with her. She tried to drive away, but he followed — so she headed to Blizzard Beach and flagged down a deputy.

Jones denied the exposure but claimed he has a “medical issue” that makes him unaware when he’s scratching his pubic region. He pleaded not guilty. He has prior arrests dating back to 2007, including DUI and battery on a law enforcement officer.

Six South Florida men have been hit with federal charges for an alleged armed kidnapping and extortion plot that started in the parking garage of the Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort on May 26.

According to court docs, the suspects allegedly lured two victims, took them at gunpoint, drove them to a remote area off U.S. 27, and subjected one to brutal torture—including a blowtorch, pliers, and a gunshot—while demanding money and valuables. ⚠️ Justice Served: Hristo Iliev Jailed for Killing Toddler While Watching TikTok

Hristo Iliev, a 32-year-old Bulgarian national from Boston, Lincolnshire, has been sentenced to 11 years and 3 months in prison for causing the death of 20-month-old Finley Baker.

On 19 March 2025, Iliev was driving his
Volkswagen Passat on the A17 near Sleaford when he spent around 7 minutes scrolling TikTok videos on his phone. He smashed into the back of Chloe Baker’s stationary car at a roundabout, shunting it into another vehicle. Little Finley suffered catastrophic injuries and died two days later in hospital after life support was withdrawn. Chloe and another child were also injured.

• Phone data proved Iliev unlocked his device multiple times and viewed TikTok clips right before the crash.
• He initially lied to police, denying phone use.
• He had a prior conviction for using his phone while driving.

Judge Simon Hirst highlighted the prolonged distraction and Iliev’s previous offence. Iliev was also banned from driving for 10.5 years.
Finley’s devastated parents read powerful victim impact statements in court, describing the unimaginable pain of losing their “beautiful baby boy.”

🚨Breast Cancer Survivor to Murdered by a Horrible Human

28-year-old Demarcus David Jones (also referred to as Damarcus/DeMarcus Jones) has been charged with the murder of his 37-year-old girlfriend, Vanessa Sanchez.

According to authorities, Sanchez was found dead in her Berkeley apartment inside a suitcase, concealed in trash bags. She had suffered traumatic injuries. Jones allegedly admitted to investigators that he killed her and attempted to cover up the scene. He was arrested in Solano County and is being held without bail.

Vanessa Sanchez had been bravely battling stage 4 breast cancer since 2023. Her family remembers her as someone who “loved fiercely,” made everyone around her feel seen, valued, and cared for, and faced every challenge with courage and strength.

🚨 Karmelo Anthony sentenced to 35 years in prison for the 2025 murder of 17-year-old Austin Metcalf.

A Collin County jury convicted Anthony of fatally stabbing Metcalf during an altercation at a Frisco ISD track meet in April 2025. Anthony, who was 17 at the time and claimed self-defense, was sentenced today.

🚨 Miami-Dade Mother Arrested for Alleged Child Abuse 🚨

27-year-old Naseline Timouche was arrested on Saturday, June 6, 2026, in northwest Miami-Dade (Liberty City area) on charges of aggravated child abuse causing great bodily harm and child neglect.

According to the arrest report:
• Deputies responded to a welfare check and found her 8-year-old daughter with numerous scars and marks on her body — some fresh, some older.
• The girl reported being beaten with objects including a charging cable (to the face), cord, frying pan, and spatula.
• She was often left home alone for extended periods, including overnight.
• Food in the home was reportedly reserved “for guests,” forcing the child to eat expired food or items from the trash.

Timouche allegedly made some admissions to detectives after being read her rights. She is being held at Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.
