It has been 3 weeks since my Dad died. He was diagnosed with Covid-19 on November 11. I took him off life support December 23. Today has been one of those days just everything reminds me of him and I miss him so much. So thankful for the support of family, friends, coworkers.
Happy Pride Month! This last year has been a struggle in many ways, but supporting both my child and my partner in their coming out journeys has been a true gift. We are ready to celebrate our authentic selves! #Pride2021#iwork4amfam#amfampride
@LizGtzThinks You will be awesome! My biggest thing has been to talk to my kids like small adults. You will be surprised how kids respond to being treated with respect and bodily autonomy, like getting a choice of clothes or “hey would you like to wash your hair or your body first?”
Madison artist Jerry Jordan's painting "A New Song" will be part of an exhibit at the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago beginning next month. Ayomi Wolff reports: https://t.co/AoYbWQEAbb
@LizGtzThinks Last night at dinner, PJ wanted to pretend we were coworkers having lunch. They were so ON POINT. 😂
"So how was your weekend?"
"What's on your plate today?"
"Big plans coming up?"
@LizGtzThinks My friend Liz’s older brother had a Tandy. I would’ve been in 1st or 2nd grade so 1987? We only knew how to type on it but then you could print on the fancy DOT MATRIX printer and peel all the edges off!
@AmFamMarie@NedReierson I dressed up for our team meeting and 1. No one realized I was wearing a costume, and 2. the costume was "Casual Friday Meredith" from The Office 😂
