Where there is freedom, possibilities exist.
Opinions voiced are my own. Keep it simple!
@twittlebird21 So do I but I think I slept in a bit too long and that could be why I'm not sleepy yet and I really should be. I pray you get a much needed relaxed sleep and soon.
@twittlebird21 Know you've done your part and though it's nice to have personal contacts to assist I'm sure it isn't easy for you him being your son and his response or lack of. Stress definitely lead to sleep issues. I'm sorry you're having to deal with this. One day at a time 🙏
@CollinRugg Saw original video before they blurred the child's face. You could see he was out as his body was limp while they managed to bring him to shore safely. Bravo to the lifeguard who continued to hold on to him through the rip currents/undertows. Miracle!
The father of the 10-year-old boy who was saved by lifeguard Ryder Williams in Santa Cruz says his son was seconds from dying.
Sumit Rai says his son, Nathaniel, lost consciousness during the incident & says his daughter is traumatized after witnessing what happened.
"Ryder's only 16 years old himself. He's a teenager and for him to take that kind of leadership and go out and have that type of courage and bravery to go out and save someone else's life is remarkable, and I cannot thank him enough," Rai said.
"We got lucky that he didn't die, but this outcome could've been very different. I am incredibly and extraordinarily grateful to the lifeguard. He's the only reason that my son is alive."
I haven't had a fever in 4 years. Never had a flu shot. I take D3K2/Magnesium Glycinate/Full Spectrum Aminos/MethylatedBComplex/BlackGarlic/PlantSterolsBeets/Liposomal C/DHEA/Berberine Not sure that's a good stack for everyone, but works for me. Any Dr's care to weigh in on this combo?
The wildfires in France and Spain are arson. This isn’t climate change, it’s an organised criminal campaign.
But why?…
To set the climate change narrative.
These areas are bone dry every year and have been for ever.
Basic conversation etiquette: If you are talking with someone, acknowledge, or at the very least, pretend to hear what the other person is saying and respond; don't just make it all about yourself.
You surely know people who are silent when you speak and then launch into their own thought without even so much as hinting they heard a thing you said, much less cared about it.
Sometimes this happens even when you are responding directly to what the other person said, trying to relate to them or help them deal with an issue, or problem. They give no indication whether you correctly understood them.
So what is their purpose? Venting? Or, as my dad used to say, "Talking to hear their head rattle."
🌧️ #ÚltimaHora | Este sábado 25 de julio, una fuerte lluvia en KM1 de la carretera del Junquito ocasionó inundaciones y corrientes que arrastraron barro y piedras, dificultando el tránsito en la zona. #Inundaciones#Junquito#Carreteras
@DerrickEvans4WV True, I live in a city over 1/2 million. What used to take 10-15 minutes now takes 30 minutes sometimes longer depending upon time of day and stuck in traffic can't get around it. I often miss small town living which was only 30 minutes away.
I thought the point of living in a city was to be close to stuff?
Everything is still 20-30 minutes away by the time you fight the traffic.
I’d rather drive 20-30 minutes of open back roads.
We don’t have leadership. We have handlers
We don’t have representation. We have rulers
We don’t have a Republic. We have a corporate oligarchy wearing a flag lapel pin
No taxation without actual representation. Time to remind them who pays the bills 🇺🇸
Alan Parsons Project 🎩🪄 Games People Play (1980).
Lenny Zakatek is on lead vocals on this classic, and for me, this may be the band's very best song.
Do you agree, or do you have another Alan Parsons Project favorite?
