@AyndaMthimkhulu I was in my dream job but I had to choose myself. Leaving that job was not easy but the moment I said I quit, a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders, that's when I knew that was the right decision.

Side note: Ashwagandha did not help me. I was my test subject.
