Imagine if this massive “Ark” being built by Living Faith Church (Winners Chapel) was a Tesla sub-assembly plant or a Dell computer assembly factory in Nigeria.

The project is estimated at over N160 billion (roughly $100–200 million depending on exchange rate). That same money could fund several proper CKD/SKD vehicle assembly plants in Nigeria.

A mid-scale auto assembly facility capable of producing thousands of vehicles yearly typically costs between $50 million and $150 million to set up. A serious electronics assembly line costs even less.

One N160 billion auditorium Or multiple factories that create real technical jobs, transfer skills, and cut our dependence on imported cars and gadgets.

Instead, we keep pouring hundreds of billions into the largest worship centres in Africa while remaining permanent customers of other countries’ factories.

One produces spiritual experiences and viral videos.
The other produces employment, technology, and industrial capacity.

Nigeria has perfected the art of building monuments while outsourcing its productivity. That is the tragedy this construction site represents.
