@Airtel_Presence I would request Airtel to arrange doorstep MNP service for my prepaid port request. I tried applying online, but it shows that this service is currently unavailable in my area.

Kindly help me complete the prepaid porting process without requiring another visit to the store.

Visited an Airtel Store to port my Jio number to Airtel. I requested a prepaid connection, but the staff kept insisting on postpaid. When I refused postpaid, I was told the porting could not be done and was asked to leave. Kindly look into this matter.
