A lady in my church was getting married
She was a bit older
She had asked her friend (a lady around her age too) to be her maid of honour while we the bridesmaids, were really younger - mostly church members and her cousin
I have not seen anything like that before

She kept arguing and arguing with her friend throughout and you could see how she (MOH) was just bullying the bride. We the BMs couldn’t do much, we just watched them

The MOH had paid for the makeup as a gift
On the wedding day, she decided that the MUA would make her up first “afterall the bride had found her man and she was yet to find hers”

The MUA was on her for hours - said her MUA knew her routine and it starts all the way from skincare to glitters at the end. Some parts meant waiting for the face to dry up
The bride ate, took bare faced pictures, did everything to distract herself while she waited patiently

The groom called and called, telling her she was running late. We had to bring out our products and start making her up
She cried and cried all through, the MUA now told the MOH to manage the glitters for her eyelids by herself and had to rush to make the bride up, because we all felt for her - everyone except her MOH tho

Meanwhile the MOH was still complaining that she made her not to have the glitters lined perfectly and kept telling her to consider her as being extremely kind for not pressing for that 🤦‍♀️

I just visited one of the parents in my school who has been seriously ill, and my heart is deeply troubled by his condition. He is currently in severe pain and urgently needs help.

According to him, he has been diagnosed with fatty liver disease. He has visited several hospitals, but due to financial challenges, he has not been able to access the proper medical care and treatment he needs.
