Authorities in Stupitchit County are investigating an alleged street scam after a 30 year old married man reported being targeted while walking along Running Hard Street.
According to the report, the man encountered an unidentified woman who offered him oral sex in exchange for cash, which he happily accepted. He later became alarmed after noticing what appeared to be an unusual bulky object beneath the woman legs . Feeling threatened and disappointed , he fled the scene in fear for his safety, dropping behind his wallet and cellphone.
The victim is believed to have been defrauded in what authorities suspect may be part of a coordinated gang of "Persons" in operation targeting individuals perceived as vulnerable, such as those who appear lonley,depressed isolated or distressed.
Unverified local accounts have circulated online suggesting that the suspects may have been individuals wearing costumes or disguises. However, officials have not confirmed these claims and caution against speculations.
Law enforcement is asking the public to assist in identifying the 2 individuals captured in the video footage. Authorities also urge residents not to confront suspected individuals directly and instead report any information to the authorities.
