I'm going a bit slower with Portuguese than Spanish, but because I'll be tracking my time, that shouldn't matter. I'll see my progress in the hours I spend with the language.

I’m learning Spanish and it drives me nuts when people say the language I’m learning is ‘easy.’

I think the biggest myth in language learning is that there are "easy languages" to learn. I think that's false, they all take hard work.

Context: I've been learning Spanish for 3 years. I have a probably between B2-C1 level of comprehension in Spanish but my speaking ability is probably close to B2 but not quite...
