8 वें वेतन आयोग में कितनी तनख़्वाह बढ़ने वाली है उसकी पूरी गणित समझिए

पहला उदाहरण 3600 पे ग्रेड वाले लोगों के लिए

अभी प्रोबेशन पूरा होते ही उनको 33800 ₹ बेसिक है ,साथ ही DA अभी 53% जो लगभग 17924₹ और HRA 3380 एक्स्ट्रा मिल जाता है जो टोटल 55094 हो जाता है ।

जिसकी सर्विस 5 साल हो गई उनकी बेसिक 38,000₹ हो गये है उनको DA 20140 ₹ और HRA 3800 तो टोटल 61940₹ हो जाता है ।

अब वेतन आयोग लगने के बाद समझिए

यदि फ़िटमेंट फ़ैक्टर 2.57 % के हिसाब से लगता है जो मिनिमम संभावित है तो समझिए

जिसका प्रोबेशन जस्ट कम्पलीट हुआ है , उसका बेसिक 86800₹ के लगभग , DA शून्य हो जाएगा ,
HRA 8% रखने की संभावना है जिसके बाद टोटल 93744 ₹ हो जाता है यानी लगभग 38500₹ की बढ़ोतरी हो रही है

इसी प्रकार जिनकी 5 साल सर्विस हो गई उनकी बेसिक 97,600 ₹ , DA शून्य और HRA 7808 टोटल 105408₹ हो जाते है यानी लगभग 43,000₹ की बढ़ोतरी हो रही है ।

**इसमें कटौती शामिल नहीं है ।
