@credit_strong according to #creditstrong s customer support, they hold no accountability to fraudulently billed charges to my account. I asked to shut down an account I didn't authorize and to get my $125 back. Because it's been 3 days over the 30 day limit for refunds, i'm f'd?

@facebook I sell something on Marketplace. It was under pending payouts due June 8th. Now it isn't under my payout section at all. Not pending or past payouts!!! Where is my money???

The merchant is telling me the order number you gave me for the second one doesn't even exist! I'm really hoping that this isn't just straight up thievery, but it's hard to think otherwise. @afterpay_au

@AfterpayUSA You make it absolutely impossible to reach you by phone when I'm faced with a serious issue. I made one purchase using afterpay at checkout. When I looked back under my orders, I now have two for the same exact purchase. There are two different order numbers

But get this, only one order number is recognized by the merchant with whom I placed my ONE order. I did NOT order the same thing twice. This would be very difficult to do so considering the steps involved in placing an order. So not only am I on the hook now 4 2 duplicate orders

Have the garbage you sold me. I'm shocked and embarrassed to admit, hurt. I took it personally that my near death experience was so grossly overlooked and honestly used as an excuse to close this dispute. While a multi million dollar company is essentially stealing my money here?
