🚨BREAKING: Texas Democrat Ericka Lomick suspended her campaign for House District 93 in September — and still won the election.

Lomick’s name stayed on the ballot after the withdrawal deadline passed. Unofficial results show she defeated Republican Alan Blaylock with about 51% of the vote in both the general election and a special election for the seat. She had previously been convicted in federal court on mortgage fraud, bank fraud, and money-laundering conspiracy charges and sentenced to more than five years in prison.

Questions remain about whether she is even eligible to take office under Texas law.

🚨BREAKING: Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s office has arrested MULTIPLE convicted felons for illegally casting ballots in the 2026 election.

A tip from a concerned citizen in Harris County led the Election Integrity Unit to investigate. Officials confirmed that multiple individuals who were on parole voted while ineligible under Texas law. Arrest warrants were issued in Montgomery County, and officers have already taken the individuals into custody.

Paxton’s office says the investigation into additional illegal voting is ongoing.
