@YouTube @nealmohan 60 seconds of adverts on relatively short videos is just too much, it’s too much on long videos too but you get my point. I end up switching off or looking at my phone. I only care about what it takes to get through the add and back to the content.

Dear @Airbnb @AirbnbHelp This 2 factor security check on the website is genuinely a frustrating and negative experience to have to deal with. If I was hard of sight I couldn't see the cheese. There are to many versions you have to get right, and the audio version is equally poor.
