Redcar Council👇🏻 says that they’ve agreed to delay a *third* recount of Longbeck ward until Tuesday morning

According to Teeside Live, Longbeck ward is where CURRENT Cleveland Police and Crime Commissioner Steve Turner is also standing to be a Tory councillor (is it usual to double job?)

NOT GOOD. Currently, Network Rail is required to finalise timetables 12 weeks ahead ('T-12'), allowing train operators to open bookings 8-10 weeks ahead. It's proposed to lower the requirement to T-8 weeks, with Advance tickets potentially only available 5-6 weeks ahead...
