Texas: 11.4 million ballots counted, results by 10pm on election night.

Florida: 10.8 million ballots counted on election night and mail-in ballots are counted AS THEY ARRIVE — so on election day, there's barely anything left to tabulate.

This likely would reduce the effectiveness of military threats & negotiations. They will count on domestic divisions & be less likely to negotiate. A 12 year-old would be able to figure that out.
