Abhishek Banerjee's elevation is what had led to Mamata Banerjee's downfall. Mukul Roy, Suvendu Adhikari— 2019 & 2026. Two who did severe damage to TMC were its own senior veteran leaders. This is Mukul Roy with Samik Bhattacharya back in 2020. Mukul vs Abhishek feud of 2017 & later the Suvendu vs Abhishek in 2020. Not Mamata Banerjee but Abhishek was whom everybody had problems with. Today Mukul would've been the most happiest seeing BJP had won, it was his project after all. His son is likely to be brought back to the party but that time will tell.
