System One thinking models like Jev have been in the news recently. Unfortunately, using a causal model for System One thinking creates issues when the model doesnt see the right context at the right time.

I took an example of PII classification (classify a number as SSN or a Phone number or none) and the model gets is completely wrong. This is not an anomaly but a critical design limitation.

When the model sees the number, it doesn't have the following context (because it's not supposed to), so it gets easy ones wrong!
