There is a fallacy in logic called the appeal to emotion. It is a form of audience manipulation.
The fallacy relies on our human nature and empathy to trick us into ignoring serious arguments and serious gaps in logic by making us angry, sympathetic etc.
This clip sounds exactly like an appeal to emotion fallacy.
They are rioting because the deportation process requires documentation. And documentation includes fingerprints... which would link them to crimes and prevent them from coming back.
